Wirsbo Tubing
The basis of the system is PEX tubing, which is cross-linked polyethylene. This material is remarkably durable within a wide range of temperatures and pressures. Oxygen diffusion can cause corrosion of the ferrous components in radiant systems with non-metallic tubing. Wirsbo HePex Tubing uses multiple layers of special oxygen barrier polymer. This reduces the oxygen diffusion by more than a thousand-fold, compared to other plastic tubing, thus eliminating corrosion damage to other components in the system.

Wirsbo Quik Trak
A wood panel with aluminum heat transfer backing system specially engineered for wood frame construction offering an alternative to joist heating and poured floor underlayment installations. Finished floor can be installed over Quik Trak immediately. Excellent BTU output, lower thermal mass, fast response time, 7" x 48". The plywood panels are 1/2" thick with groove running down the center for the Wirsbo 5/16" HePex, specially designed return traks with a "U" groove complete tubing turns.

Taco Zone Hydronic Controls
Zone Pumping Controls combine clearly labeled PC board layouts with advanced features that allow for total system customization. Whether using basic priority switching, plug-in PowerPort cards or add-on power controls, the job is made easy. External indicator lights provide instant diagnostic feedback, making a snap of service calls or new installation startups. All Zone Pumping Controls are UL-listed, use standard "ice cube" replaceable relays and are compatible with conventional and programmable thermostats. For those larger jobs, the Zone Pumping Control can be expanded up to 20 zones with priority.
Advanced Features: With the exclusive Taco PowerPort plug-in cards, features such as post purge, priority protection, and pump exercise can be added with ease. Any expandable Zone Pumping Control can also interface with the boiler reset control and injection mixing add-on power controls. Mix-and-match to customize the system.
External Diagnostics: It's no longer necessary to remove the box cover to troubleshoot the system. External visible indicator lights show full functionality of all the products wired to the Zone Valve Controls. When the thermostat calls for heat, both the appropriate zone valve and yellow indicator lights are energized.

Taco Zone Valve Controls
Taco Zone Valve Controls work with two-, three-, or four-wire zone valves. Fully fuse-protected, these controls also include an isolated end switch and built-in priority switch. The contractor friendly PC board layout eliminates the problems caused by incorrect wiring and the "unfinished" look of conventional zone valve installations. The sturdy screw connections add additional reliability, while the external indicator lights provide instant diagnostic feedback, thus reducing installation time.
